On the Day

The Mindworks service will help you to move forward in your life with a variety of techniques – and each person receives a tailored treatment plan. How it all works:

  • Helen provides a professional, confidential, friendly personal service in a comfortable, safe and private environment.
  • She will chat with you on the telephone first to get an understanding of what it is that you would like to work on with you.
  • She’ll then develop a course of treatment, which is tailored to the individual.

All work is undertaken in partnership to ensure the best outcome and value for each individual.

  • Sessions are between 1 hour and 1½ hours.
  • Most courses of treatment require between 4 and 8 sessions
  • Helen works with young people, professionals and adults

Young People & Parents

As a qualified teacher you have the reassurance that Helen is CRB checked and insured.

Childhood should be a carefree time, full of happiness and laughter. However the reality is that many children and young people face similar challenges to their parents and carers – but the difference is that they don’t have the wisdom or years of experience to make sense of their feelings.

Working with children is brilliant because their minds are more open to the idea of improvement – which can mean results occur very quickly. Helen asks parents to support their child throughout the therapy but usually works alone with them after the initial consultation as they tend to express themselves a little better when their parents are not around.
