 Mindworks is a service aimed at helping you to detox your mind and rejuvenate your life. Owned and managed by Helen Akbary, a qualified Mindfulness teacher and practitioner (MBSR and MBCT), Helen either works on a one to one basis or with groups teaching mindfulness techniques. With 10 years of experience Helen combines different skills including hypnotherapy, time line, NLP and coaching. The aim of mindworks is to help individuals improve the quality of their lives.

There are lots of different ways in which we can become troubled, unhappy or confused but fortunately there are lots of different therapeutic methods that can help. As well as 121 sessions Helen offers mindfulness courses and bespoke performance enhancement training for businesses, schools and medical practices she also runs 8 week  mindfulness sessions in the Chesterfield area.  If interested in any of these please email for more information.
